In our previous system, we utilized a single Customer Portal for tickets, invoices, quotes, and payments.
In our new system; however, payment processing is no longer integrated.
Payments must be made via the Payment Portal.

Invoices must be viewed and downloaded via the Client Portal.

Portal Features


Our new Client Portal offers many of the same features as its predecessor:


Basic & Advanced users may be created by Managers & Controllers
If you need a higher level user tech assistance is required.

*Feature access varies based on security access.


Security Levels

Basic User
May create and edit their own tickets and view assets.

Advance User
Basic permissions, plus
able to see all tickets within the organization, and
approve or decline quotes.

Manager User
Advance permissions, plus
able to edit asset details,
view financial reports,
add & manage Portal users

Controller User
Advance permissions, plus
able to additional asset details, and
view priority statuses.
