Security Levels
Basic UserMay create and edit their own tickets and view assets.
Advance User
Basic permissions, plus
able to see all tickets within the organization, and
approve or decline quotes.
Manager User
Advance permissions, plus
able to edit asset details,
view financial reports,
add & manage Portal users
Controller User
Advance permissions, plus
able to additional asset details, and
view priority statuses.
