Antivirus for Home Users

FREE!
Our basic service.
This no-frills app lets you know when a health issue is detected and allows you to send a notification directly to our technicians.
Additional fees may apply.

Health Alerts
The MARS application will scan for issues periodically, and show you a notification when it finds something.
Built-in Service Request Form
If an issue is found, the MARS application will prompt you to fill out a Service Request Form to relay the alert information to a technician immediately.
Access to Tech Connector
This feature coming soon! Users can continue to use FixMe.it to connect with a technician. Please, call for Remote Support.
Tech NOT Notified Automatically
With Protection and Support level services, a technician will be automatically notified of health threats on your system. Alert level members must notify the technician manually.
NO Antivirus Protection
The MARS application monitors your system and provides direct contact to a local technician. You will still need antivirus software, unless you subscribe to Protection or Support level services, which include antivirus protection.
NO Patch Management
When there's an Operating System or software update, let us do the heavy lifting and take care of that for you. Only available with Protection or Support level services.
NO Remote Support Discounts
Can't figure out a particular problem? Let a technician log in to your system and take a look! Remote Support is available during regular business hours at a rate of $95 per hour ($9.99 minimum charge). Protection level members receive 50% off the hourly rate and no charge for Remote Support under 15 minutes. There is no charge for Remote Support for Support level members.
NO Shop Service Discounts
For problems that cannot be solved remotely, services must be rendered at our Eustis location ("in-shop"). Service fees vary, depending on the issue. Protection level members receive 50% of in-shop service fees. There is no charge for in-shop service for Support level members.
NO Preventative Maintenance
To prevent unforseen downtime, we recommend regular preventative maintenance services for your computer. For Support level members, technicians will create a schedule of maintenance and provide reminders to member when in-shop maintenance is due.

FROM HWY 441/HEADED NORTH ON HWY 19
Take the North exit for Hwy 19/Bay St, and we will be on the right 1/4 mile past the Hwy 441 & Hwy 19 (Bay St.) intersection and just past Wendy's restaurant.

HEADED SOUTH ON HWY 19
We will be on the left, and you will need to make a u-turn in front of Wendy's to go North on Hwy 441. Then, we will be on your right, just past Wendy's restaurant.
